Closed beta

Learn a language from the web you already read.

Enkode is a Chrome extension that swaps a slice of the pages you read into the language you're learning — Korean, Chinese, or Japanese — and turns the words you save into quizzes that bring them back until they stick.

The extension is in closed beta while we prepare the Chrome Web Store listing.

Read and absorb

A configurable share of each page is shown in your target language, in context — so you pick up vocabulary from the articles you'd read anyway.

Quiz what you save

Save a word with one click and it comes back as an in-page multiple-choice quiz, scheduled with spaced repetition so you review it right before you'd forget.

Watch your garden grow

Reading and mastered words feed a plant that grows from seed to tree, and a topic-organized word bank that syncs across your browsers.
